Our Mission
To provide Practical financial solutions through mobilization of savings, provision of credit and capacity building to improve the social-economical status of members and win people to the kingdom of God
Our Vision
To be a sustainable SACCO and a preferred source of empowerment to our members entrenching christian values.
The SACCO started as a microfinance institution known as Nakuru Community Development
Trust (NCDT) in the year 2013. NCDT came to being from a partnership of Diocese of Nakuru,
Five Talent UK and Kansas to Kenya (K2K) from the Diocese of Kenya.
During this year of inception, 12 groups were formed with an initial membership of 652
individuals and a total saving of Ksh. 1,554,150.In the course of six years the program grew to
42 groups of around 2200 members with a total saving of more than 60 million.
The stakeholders then decided it was time NCDT transitioned to a SACCO for the better
management of the members’ resources. This led to the formation of AITS in the year 2019.
