How do I become a member?+
Visit our Nakuru offices or fill in the online application form. You will need your National ID, a passport-size photo, and pay the membership registration fee. Our team will guide you through the process.
How long before I can access a loan?+
You need a minimum of 6 months of consistent savings history to qualify for most loan products. The Okoa Talent Emergency Loan has different requirements.
What is the interest rate on loans?+
Most loan products charge 1% interest per month on the reducing balance. The Okoa Talent (emergency) loan charges 2% per month due to its urgent nature.
How much can I borrow?+
Loan amounts depend on the product and your savings. Talent Loan up to Ksh 500,000; Talent Plus up to Ksh 5 million; Okoa up to Ksh 50,000; Jamii Bora up to Ksh 200,000; Talent Pamoja up to Ksh 5 million.
Is the SACCO regulated?+
Yes. ACK Imani Talent NWDT SACCO is formally registered and supervised by the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA). Your savings are protected.
Do I need to be Anglican to join?+
No. While affiliated with the Anglican Church of Kenya, membership is open to everyone who shares our values of integrity, service, and community development.
How do I repay my loan?+
Loans can be repaid through M-Pesa, bank transfer, check-off (for salaried employees), or direct deposit at our offices. Flexible repayment schedules are available.
Can I apply for a group loan?+
Yes! The Talent Pamoja Loan is designed for groups. Your group needs to be formally registered, have been saving for at least 6 months, and meet our eligibility criteria.
